Ok, so I spent two nights in a row at the UCB Theatre. What?
I went with my friend Nicole to see ASSSSCAT 3000 at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in Los Angeles. Matt Besser and Ian Roberts were performing that night too which was cool.
Nicole and I stood outside for a while–there was a line that went down the block. I made a resolution that when my plane touched down in California I was not going to put shoes back on until I left for Washington, DC, again–meaning I would spend all my time in flip flops.
Standing outside the theatre was not that bad though. Now that I have lived in a place that actually gets down to 10 degrees sometimes I think I could be a superhero. My superpower would be withstanding cold air.
I know it sounds lame but you’ll wish you had my superpower the next time you’re cold in Los Angeles. Actually, probably not.
